On the occasion of her latest appearance in Italy since her participation to the 55th edition of the Venice Biennale in 2013, Argentinian artist Nicola Costantino presents for the first time at Palazzo al Bosco her internationally renowned performance PaRDeS, el banquete (PaRDeS, The Banquet). A representative selection of the artist’s exquisite Nerikomi ceramic plates and still life floral compositions can be admired both as part of the installation as well as on the first floor of the gallery La Tinaia Galleria al Bosco. They integrate Costantino’s performance and are evocative of the memento mori theme and the artist’s ongoing reflection on the fragility of life and ephemerality of material pleasures.
